Morrison Foerster (Singapore)’s finance and projects team is experienced when it comes to advising clients in the conventional power, mining, oil and gas and transportation sectors. It has also increasingly been working with renewable energy projects. Team co-head Per Lindberg has expertise working across a spectrum of energy and infrastructure matters, with deep experience in power, LNG regasification, and decarbonisation projects. Lyna Luo advises developers, lenders and investors in project development and project financings, M&As, construction, and a wide variety of commercial contracts.
