- Advised Singapore Exchange (SGX) listed TEHO International and its subsidiary TEHO Water on its investigations into endemic corporate fraud and misconduct by TEHO Water’s ex-Managing Director, and acted for TEHO against the MD and his company in Singapore High Court proceedings for damages and injunctions.
