Represented PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), part of the Kuok Group of Singapore, in an investment treaty arbitration against Mexico, administered by ICSID under the UNCITRAL Rules, in connection with the expropriation of claimant’s investment in the Mexican offshore marine services industry.

Obtained a complete victory for RCBC bank in a US$240 million RICO lawsuit concerning a cyberheist by North Korean hackers into the U.S. dollar reserves of the Central Bank of Bangladesh held at the New York Federal Reserve (Bangladesh Bank v.
