Deputy head of the team, Lim Dao Kai is rated for contentious matters and frequently represents statutory boards, government-linked companies, international developers and contractors. Chong Yee Leong is co-head of the international arbitration group and is an experienced figure in energy, oil and gas, power and infrastructure cases. - Defended TSCE in a High Court Suit brought by ICOP Construction (SG) in relation to certain disputes arising out of a project concerning the construction of an underground pipeline from the AYE/Henderson Road to River Valley Road.
- Represented HDB in successfully resisting injunction applications on the calling of a performance bond and a banker’s guarantee.
- Advised Mandai Park Development on the project documentation, contract administration and the resolution of claims and disputes relating to the rejuvenation of Mandai into an integrated nature and wildlife destination in Singapore.
