Advised Keppel Infrastructure and Keppel Energy on the derivatives and hedging transactions in connection with the development of a 600MW state-of-the-art, advanced combined cycle gas turbine power plant, Singapore's first hydrogen-ready power plant, to be built in Jurong Island.
Acted as Singapore counsel to the originator and seller in relation to Ashland’s trade receivables securitisation programme structured by Bank of America N.A. to assign, on an on-going basis, receivables that Ashland and its subsidiaries originates in the course of its business.
Acted for M&G Real Estate in the purchase and leaseback of a portfolio of four properties from Cycle & Carriage Industries Pte Limited, for an aggregate of S$333 million, including advising the client in respect of its derivatives and hedging transactions for this deal.
