- Advised the lenders on the S$1.8bn green loan facilities to Roma Central and Milano Central.
- Advised the lenders on the S$2.18bn term loan facilities to Boulevard Development and Boulevard Midtown to finance the acquisition and construction of a mixed-use development comprising residential and hotel components at Marina View Singapore.
- Advised The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation and the lending and syndication group on the $1.75bn term and revolving loan facilities to Olam Treasury.
