Philip Knight joined the team from Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP in October 2023 and now leads the practice. Eoghann Green concentrates on insolvency matters, while Jack Mullen is active on contentious instructions.

Highlight-Mandate

Advising on all aspects of contingency planning, insolvency options and enforcement in connection with the eventual application to court to appoint administrators to seven companies (five of which were Jersey incorporated) in the Empire cinema chain.
Acted for Harwood Capital in relation to the restructuring of its debt provided to the Mr Fothergill's Seeds group.
