Highlight-Mandate

Assisting Lidl Romania with defending against a series of litigation promoted by the Ministry of National Defence, against the construction of a 60,000 sqm logistics centre, in connection to the operation of a NATO radar in the area.
Assisted a Romanian group of companies and their ultimate beneficiary with an arbitration dispute derived from the foreign investment regime and verification by the state authorities such as the Competition Council or the Supreme Council of National Defence of the investment.
Assisted individuals against a directors’ liability claim promoted by a state-owned company.
