Villaraza & Angangco (V&A Law)'s labour and employment offering is co-headed by Alejandro Alfonso Navarro and Rashel Ann C. Pomoy, and handles work ranging from the drafting and review of employment contracts, to the redundancy-related aspects of company restructurings, to the termination of contracts. It is also well-equipped to represent corporate clients in matters involving employee registration for Union representation. The practice is overseen by Raoul R. Angangco and Sylvette Y. Tankiang alongside Juanito L. Sañosa, who joined the firm in April 2024. Mark Benjamin Yam has experience handling both immigration and emigration matters for multinational clients, including advising on the obtaining of permits and visas.
