Advised ProInversión on the successful structuring and planning of the Anillo Vial Periférico PPP, a 33.2 km ring-road project for the city of Lima.
Advised the lenders, Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) and China Development Bank, on the financing for the development, design, engineering, construction, management, and operation of a multi-purpose port terminal in Chancay, Peru.
Advised the lenders, Santander and BBVA, on the project finance for the construction, operation, and maintenance of a new fuel farm for Lima’s Jorge Chávez Airport.
