Engaged by clients from the insurance, real estate and mining sectors, the team demonstrates strong knowledge of bankruptcy regulation. Luis Fernando Martinot, who is experienced in corporate workouts and turnarounds, leads the team alongside Yanira Becerra Stock, who frequently handles the acquisition of distressed assets. At associate level, Katia Matallana concentrates on asset restructuring, liquidations and dissolutions.
