Highlight-Mandate

Advised on two successful section 20 process at a property management companies site in Blackburn meaning that essential fire safety works and HSE works could be undertaken to ensure safety across the site to tenants and leaseholders alike.
Obtained vacant possession of three commercial properties on the same site to permit a huge planned redevelopment and regeneration project in Leyland for a manufacturing company.
Advised a north west-based charity in relation to their residential and property portfolio including the possibility of rent reviews and breaks. and assisting the charity in relation to removal of trespassers and ex-employees from charity premises.
