Currently representing Milaha Explorer Pte Limited in arbitration proceedings for a claim of $18m, tied to outstanding hire and other payments due under a charterparty agreement.
Representing Shipowners’ Club and its member, Dredging Environmental and Marine Engineering N.V. in both the substantive claims and appeals relating to alleged damage arising from dredging activities of DEME’s vessel to the tune of $7.289m and ₦5,844,556,649.00.
