Acting for Chapman Tripp in defending High Court class action proceedings in relation to the initial public offering of shares and subsequent collapse of the Intueri Education Group in 2017.
Defending C&F Legal, one of C&F Legal’s partners, and a previous staff member against a civil claim alleging deceit, negligence, misleading conduct and fraudulent representations.
Represented QBE Insurance (Australia) Ltd and its insurer in bringing a subrogated recovery action against two engineering firms and the owner of a building which has been deemed a total loss following the Kaikoura earthquake.
