Acted for Fisher Funds Management Limited in relation to the mezzanine subscription of Class B to E Notes by its managed funds to an existing securitisation programme established by MTF Finance Limited.
Acted for Service Foods Limited and its related entities on the restructuring of its debt facilities with its banking syndicate.
Advised the Ticketek Group on New Zealand law aspects of the amendment and restatement of its existing facility, and new financing which was partly applied to repay two of the existing mezzanine facilities.
