The transport team at Loyens & Loeff is spearheaded by the Amsterdam-based Ehsan Shirzadi, who leads a team ‘of good communicators’ in significant domestic and international transactions. It focuses predominantly on shipping finance, and advises banks, financial institutions, and private clients with the full gamut of related matters, including financial restructuring and the drafting of transaction documents. Shirzadi leverages a multidisciplinary approach due to his longstanding experience in the banking and energy sectors.
