Highlight-Mandate

Advised OYAK Capital Investment B.V. and Taiwan Cement Corporation on a EUR 2.1 billion transaction with Taiwan Cement Corporation, including the transfer of significant interests in cement companies.
Advised Helios Investment Partners on the Dutch and Luxembourg tax and legal aspects of a nearly $1bn agreement, including merging several major assets to form Helios Energy Transition Infrastructure (HETI).
