Highlight-Mandate

Acted as bankruptcy trustee of VanMoof B.V. and VanMoof Global Holding B.V. with subsidiaries in the US, Japan, Taiwan and the major European countries with a global turnover of approximately €100m in which over €200m was invested by third parties.

Acting as trustee for Exem Energy B.V. in the bankruptcy of Exem Energy B.V.

Acted as legal advisor for Urban Mining Corp B.V. in its re-financing and restructuring and later on advised in relation to the bankruptcy of certain of its subsidiaries, the execution of securities, while we were able to prevent the bankruptcy of the holding company and to realize the sale of the IP, even though a certain creditor put a court seizure on these assets.
