Stibbe‘s real estate transaction group is well versed in assisting clients with real estate finance and investment mandates as well as sale and purchase transactions and acquisitions. Clientele of the firm consist of real estate companies, property developers, financial institutions, investors and corporate entities. The team also advises on real estate developments for governmental agencies and on leasing issues. The team is co-led by real estate specialists Boris Cammelbeeck and Maarten de Bruin.
