- Assisted a.s.r. and a.s.r. Vermogensbeheer on the arrangements that form the basis for a strategic partnership between ASR Vermogensbeheer and Aegon Asset Management as part of the acquisition of a.s.r. of Aegon.
- Assisted Altera Vastgoed on a restructuring of both the residential and the commercial real estate fund for the implementation of the new tax regime applicable to real estate fund managers.
