Vink-Dijkstra is a key contact for employee participation issues, and van Baalen is well versed in advising on dismissals, reorganisations and collective bargaining agreements, as well as acting as counsel to works councils. Huijsmans-Zwijnenburg has extensive experience in handling employment contracts and dismissal matters.
