The litigation and regulatory practice at DLA Piper in Amsterdam draws on its international network to advise on global disputes for domestic and international clients. Highlight-Mandate

  • Represented bondholders Generali Insurance Asset Management in a high-stakes and cross-border dispute against several (publicly traded) issuers of bonds of approx. a half billion euros.
  • Represented Bayer in class action proceedings in the Netherlands of potentially several hundreds of millions of euros brought by female claimants who assert the birth control device ‘Essure’ caused serious health complications.
