Highlight-Mandate

Represented the Republic of India in the Dutch piece of a complex, cross-border, $111m+ dispute arising from the 2012 revocation of telecoms licenses by the Supreme Court of India.
Represented a group of creditors of HES, including a subsidiary of one of the largest Dutch construction companies, in a dispute arising from a Dutch bankrupty.
Represented the founder of EasyHotel Benelux in complex litigation, with a value of €60m,  against the former financier and partners of the hotel group.
