The international arbitration practice at Clifford Chance is led by Juliette Luycks, who splits her time between Amsterdam and Madrid. Luycks has a wealth of trial experience representing international organisations and financial investors in commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration and arbitration-related cases. The team works closely with the firm's international practice groups to advise on cross-border arbitration cases. Anne Hendrikx is based in Amsterdam and advises on investment treaty arbitrations as well as setting aside proceedings.
