The arbitration team at Freshfields is noted for advising clients on the setting aside of international awards in the Netherlands. It also assists with enforcing arbitral awards and represents clients in international and Dutch arbitration proceedings. The team is led out of Amsterdam by Jelle Drok and Mijke Sinninghe Damsté.
