Highlight-Mandate
Assisted the client with the successful placement of €500m 4.75% senior notes due 2031 issued and fully guaranteed by Avolta AG and certain of its subsidiaries and on its concurrent a cash tender offer to bondholders of the outstanding €800m senior notes due 2024.
Advised the client on a refinancing of $1.1bn 12% senior secured notes due 2028, €468m 11% senior secured notes due 2028, $500m senior secured floating rate cash pay/PIK notes due 2028, a private debt facility and a bridging debt facility.
Assisted the client successfully with its issuance of two tranches of senior secured bonds for a total aggregate amount equivalent to €910m.
