Highlight-Mandate
Advised LFH Lease B.V. on its inaugural Dutch private warehouse securitisation of lease assets and receivables with Barclays and SCIO Capital as senior and mezzanine noteholders.
Advised Ebury, a Santander owned Fintech trade finance payments platform with replacing the lender on its securitisation structure and adding new jurisdictions and products. This involved extensive amendments to the transaction to reflect the new lender’s requirements, additional security, documentation, memoranda, and opinions.
Advised ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as senior lender and transaction counsel on a transaction involving the financing of lease receivables and flight simulators manufactured by SIM International B.V.
