Highlight-Mandate
Assisted CNX Therapeutics in the acquisition of two pharmaceutical products’ marketing authorisations in France and their corresponding registration decisions in Algeria. The transaction also included the sale of the brands associated with the drug in Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria.
