Working under the leadership of counsel Roberto Torres Velasco, who joined the firm as head of the Mexican Government Regulations practice group from Garrigues Mexico in May 2023, the team at Jones Day handles a range of environmental mandates. Velasco is well-versed in environmental and administrative law and has additional experience in M&A, project finance and corporate restructuring.
