Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C. assists clients with sale and purchase of natural gas, petroleum products and other natural resources, as well as being an experienced counsel for M&A in the Mexican energy and mining sectors. While active in downstream, midstream, and upstream issues in oil and gas, the team has also established itself in the -currently- modest but growing Mexican market for renewable energy. Juan Carlos Serra co-heads the department and draws on extensive  corporate and transactional experience in relation to energy, infrastructure and mining projects. His fellow pratice co-heads are: contractual law expert Amilcar Garcia, and fellow corporate and M&A advisor Jesús Colunga.
