- We have worked with the Carbon Capture and Storage Association on developing a head of terms for a Liquid CO2 carrier which can be used for projects in the UK which require non pipeline transport (NPT) solutions.
- Advising Shell UK Limited in proceedings against Greenpeace UK Limited arising from the unlawful boardings of the heavy-lift vessel White Marlin and the 13-day occupation of its cargo, a Floating Production Storage and Offload unit (FPSO) owned by Shell.
- Advising KfW IPEX in relation to various ongoing claims arising out of the Genting group insolvency including enforcement action over the “World Dream” cruise ship. We successfully defended claims relating to the status of various assets on board at the time of the judicial sale.
