Highlight-Mandate

Advising war risks insurers of the Mercer Street, an Israeli-managed tanker struck by what are believed to be Iranian suicide drones off the coast of Oman in July 2021, resulting in the tragic death of two people on board.
Acting for liability insurers, one of whom provided P&I liability insurance in respect of the “RCGS Resolute”, an ice-classed cruise liner which collided with a Venezuelan coast guard vessel (the “Naiguata”) in the early hours of 30 March 2020.
