Acting for all residents of Richmond House, a shared-ownership social housing block destroyed by fire in September 2019.
Acted for 300 leaseholders within the six ‘Pavilion’ blocks in Tottenham, successfully identifying significant breaches of the relevant Building Regulations and construction failures by Bellway Homes.
