The group has a wealth of expertise in leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions and collective acquisitions, frequently collaborating with property disputes practice, and the private client team. The team was bolstered by the arrival of Paul Brecknell from Withers LLP in November 2023, and the joining of Peter Lamb (also from Withers LLP). Hannah Robinson was promoted to partner in June 2024.
