James Spence, who is well-versed in transactions across Europe, and Martin Smith, who advises on asset and corporate SPV transactions, lead the team. David Evans is a fund structuring specialist, whilst Simon Woodcock adds to the firm’s international investment expertise. Justin Cornelius acts on all aspects of unlisted closed- and open-ended real estate funds.
