Advised Royal London Asset Management, on behalf of Royal London, on its acquisition of 21,000 acres of prime farmland in a £260m joint venture with South Yorkshire Pension Authority.
Acted for Realty Income on the acquisition of two SPVs both owned by Ediston Property Investment Company PLC, which in turn owned 11 shopping centres in England and Scotland.
Advised Euro Properties on its strategic exit from 265 Strand, with full life-cycle advice relating to the exit of an incumbent tenant, redevelopment options, a re-letting to New York University, and then a subsequent disposal to New York University fund for £118m.
