The practice is headed by David Hansom who is well-versed in assisting education clients with procurement and commercial matters. James Major assists clients of various sectors, including education, with employment law and is experienced in handling Tribunal and High Court claims. Simon Gamblin covers corporate finance and advises in mergers and acquisitions. Mark Williamson and Tom Tippett are the groups’ contacts for technology, outsourcing and data-related issues, particularly in the higher education sector.
