Highlight-Mandate

  • Acted for Nuffield Health in a key appeal to the Supreme Court, in which the court endorsed the operating model of multi-site trading charities that had been threatened by the point of principle raised by the appeal.
  • Acting for all of the major cities in the country that are currently considering implementing a CAZ, ULEZ, or similar scheme, which includes drafting the necessary legislation for each scheme.
