- Advised BlackRock & KKR on their joint disposal of 100% of their respective indirect interests in ADNOC Oil Pipelines LLC, the entity through which the lease and leaseback arrangements relating to the oil pipeline network of Abu Dhabi is organised, to the Abu Dhabi state-backed investment group ADQ for aggregate consideration of approximately $1 billion.
