Acted for JSC National Company KazMunayGas (KMG), the national oil and gas company of Kazakhstan, on its initial public offering (IPO) on the Astana International Exchange (AIX) and Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).
Advised independent oil and gas company Serica Energy on an agreement with Switzerland-based commodity trader Mercuria for a revised off-take and marketing agreement which formed a crucial part of a strategic acquisition for Serica.
