Highlight-Mandate

Acting for Golar LNG on their 20-year lease and operate agreement for FLNG operations at the Greater Tortue Ahmeyim field in Mauritania/Senegal for BP, Kosmos, and the national oil companies of Mauritania and Senegal.
Acting for Dynagas on unwinding complex finance leases and managing the redelivery and sale of two FSRUs (Transgas Force and Transgas Power) to Energos Infrastructure, involving negotiations with various stakeholders, including buyers, the German government as charterers, and sub-charterers, and advising on critical agreements for the novation, assignment, and transfer of relevant charters, contracts, and rights.
Acting as sole counsel for Vantage Drilling on the structuring of a complex ten-year joint venture with TotalEnergies, involving the acquisition, ownership and employment of the offshore drilling unit Tungsten Explorer, to be performed under the management of Vantage Drilling.
