Highlight-Mandate

  • Acted as international legal adviser to Copperbelt Energy Corporation (CEC) Renewables which included drafting and negotiating project and finance documentation in respect of a US$200m Green Bond.
  • Acting as international legal counsel on the project to advise the Government of Maldives, through ADB, on the design and structure of a 20MW solar IPP across 20 islands in the Maldives by way of two tenders - one for ground mounted and rooftop solar and one for floating solar.
