Co-chairing the practice from Birmingham is Dominic Richardson, a highly proficient PPP/PFI adviser who acts across a wealth of hard and soft infrastructure assets. Elizabeth Williams is regularly sought out by clients operating in the defence and security space for procurement and commercial expertise, while Stephen Kenny acts as another PPP/PFI adviser, handling financing, operational, and handback issues.
