- Advised the North London Waste Authority on all legal aspects of its North London Heat and Power Project since 2011 – a programme to build a new Energy Recovery Facility at the Edmonton EcoPark in Enfield.
- Acted for Hitachi Rail Limited and FirstGroup PLC on the establishment a joint venture vehicle, NextGen AssetCo Limited ("NextGen"), and the arrangements for the purchase and leasing by NextGen of up to 1,000 electric bus batteries valued at c.£100m.
- Acted for Consort Healthcare Limited on the refinancing of its PFI loan in relation to Victoria Hospital in Fife, pursuant to which eight existing lenders were replaced by Aviva.
