Highlight-Mandate
- Advising the Ministry of Defence in preparation for the upcoming expiry of a PFI which currently provides the UK’s MOD the service of four specialised vessels and crew to deliver military vehicles and other equipment around the world, expiring on 31st December 2024.
- Advising Center3, and Sponsors, including the Greek Telecommunication Telephony Satellite Applications (TTSA) and The Public Power Corporation of Greece (PPC), as international counsel in relation to all aspects of its joint venture project for the construction and financing of a new submarine and terrestrial data cable system linking Asia to Europe through Singapore, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the Occupied Territory, Cyprus, Greece, Italy and other locations.
- Advising Stone City Energy, a Dutch special purpose company operating in the fields of electricity generation and distribution, on the negotiation of the power purchase agreement and investment agreement with the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade.
