Active across renewables, natural gas, waste management, and transport-related assets, the firm is particularly well placed to advise on digital infrastructure-related matters. Telecoms and data centres form a significant part of the group’s recent workload, handling mega-mergers and takeovers as well as first-of-its-kind ‘asset light’ strategy transactions.
