It is ’one of top teams in London-based private client disputes'. The group regularly acts in the most major and international trusts disputes with vast experience in co-ordinating actions across borders, and its familiarity with the main international offshore jurisdictions is key to its success. The practice continues to work with the private banks and trust companies operating in the leading offshore jurisdictions.
