Advised Royal Botanic Gardens Kew and its trading subsidiary, RBG Kew Enterprises Limited, on the legal implementation of their first research spin-out, Kew REACH, in partnership with Greensphere Capital's nature-based solutions venture capital fund and climate incubator, Gaia Sciences Innovation.
