- Acting for Aon in respect of allegations against it of negligence and breach of contract arising from the air accident on 29th November 2016 of LaMia flight number 2933.
- Acted for Miller Insurance Services in relation to the very high-profile and ongoing litigation of the unfortunate death of Argentinian international footballer Emiliano Sala in a plane crash in January 2019.
- Acting as defence counsel for Lonsdale and its insurers in relation to a claim brought by Harwood Capital LLP for failing to procure appropriate insurance for a claim brought against Harwood in the US.
