- Represented a client who was a pillion passenger on her partner’s motorcycle when he collided head-on with an oncoming van. Her partner died in the accident, and she suffered a severe traumatic brain injury.
- Advising a client who, following a road traffic accident when the Defendant turned into the side of his scooter, sustained extremely serious injuries to his right lower limb. Client suffered significant deformity to his right leg. At the scene, paramedics described a “partial amputation of his right ankle” due to a complete transection of the Achilles tendon.
- Advised a client who is neurodiverse and vulnerable but retains capacity. He was involved in a head-on collision in May 2021 during which he sustained life changing orthopaedic injuries (upper and lower limb) and serious injury to his bowel.
